TOP 5 THINGS YOU CAN DO IN THE MORNING TO BE CONFIDENT ALL DAY LONG –

Confidence is the state of being clear-headed that speculation or prediction is accurate or that a delegated course of action is the best or most beneficial. It means believing “I can” instead of “I can’t”.

Being confident means showing confidence in one’s abilities and being certain of something. Having strong belief and full guarantee of one’s actions, and trusting that you can do something well or succeed means you are a confident person.

Someone confident feels that their actions are not uncertain and he/she does not feel nervous or frightened to express themselves.

Having trust in oneself is of extreme importance in one’s life. Self-confidence is what keeps us going when we have no source of external motivation. Self-assurance provides us with the motivation to eliminate self-doubt. All the “what if” questions no longer penetrate our positive mindset. This further helps us to become successful in our lives and focus on strengthening our goals. This makes us perform better under stress and reach our full potential. 1. Positive Self-Talk – When you wake up in the morning, look at yourself in the mirror, smile and initiate a talk with your inner self. Think about at least 3 things you are grateful, for and how you play an important part in it. This will lead to an increase in your self-worth. Give yourself credit for things that you do that make you happy. Always remember, it is only YOU that has the power to formulate your day – the more positive you think, the more your day will be filled with optimism and cheerfulness. Whenever a negative thought infiltrates your mind, replace it with something you like about yourself. Repeat positive affirmations to keep your day going. This is the first step to a more confident self.
    
2. Journaling – Write whatever you feel in the morning in a journal. Write down all your thoughts and feelings. This will be helpful for you in understanding them and   clearing your muddled mind. It will help you have control over your emotions. Jot down all your problems so that you don’t have to worry about them through the rest of your day. If you don’t have someone to talk to or share your feelings with, journaling can prove to be useful. Think of your journal as a friend where your ideas can flow freely. It will help you empty your head of all your troubles. If you don’t feel like writing, doodle out your thoughts as it is also a method of self-expression, which will calm you down.
3. Visualize Your Goals – The next step is setting your goals for the day. You are fresh in the morning. This proves to be advantageous when setting goals. It will help you think clearly and you can ponder over what you want to do or achieve in the day that follows. Visualize your goals. When you visualize something over and over again, your mind begins to believe that it has already happened. And when the situation finally arises, you are confident enough to act on those goals and complete them successfully. A to-do list is a source through which we learn how to prioritize and manage our time. Lay out your plan for the day, prioritize it accordingly and get started. That feeling you get when you scratch off every activity you have done is enough to give you the motivation to accomplish others. 4. Do Something That Makes You Happy – There is always that one thing we do that makes us happy.
