Skill Ninja for Business
Your team knows the work. Train the English they explain it in.

Why this matters
What weak English is quietly costing you
Customers who don't call back
A caller who can't be understood doesn't complain. She hangs up and rings someone else, and nobody on your team ever knows it happened.
Small problems that become escalations
Most complaints reaching a manager started as something a frontline person couldn't explain clearly the first time.
Good people you can't promote
You know who deserves the next role. If they can't run a meeting or handle a client call in English, the promotion keeps not happening.
Work that goes to someone else
Clients decide about your company in the first two minutes of a phone call, long before they see the quality of your work.

Not on the list? The problem is usually the same — say what your team does and we’ll tell you honestly whether we can help.
More than English
We train the rest of the job too
English is what we’re known for. It isn’t all we teach — and most teams need two or three of these, not one. Mix them into a single programme.

Spoken English
Anyone customer-facing
The core programme. Daily live speaking practice until English stops being a thing they rehearse.
Customer service & phone handling
Support, reception, telecalling
Phone and chat English, handling an angry customer without losing control, and the process discipline behind it.
Business writing & email
Back office, coordinators
Emails, quotations and follow-ups that read professionally and don't need a manager to rewrite them.
Presentation & presence
Supervisors and managers
Our Elite programme: speaking to a room, running a meeting, and the grooming that goes with a client-facing role.
Excel & Google Sheets
Admin, operations, accounts
The spreadsheet work every office assumes people can already do, taught to the level the job actually needs.
AI tools for everyday work
Any desk-based team
Practical use of AI for writing, summarising and translating — with the judgement to check what it produces.
Digital safety
Anyone handling money or data
OTP and UPI fraud, fake links, password discipline. One avoided incident pays for the training.
Design basics with Canva
Marketing, sales support
Posters, social posts and decks that look professionally made, without waiting on an agency.
Four years teaching these to 21,000 individual learners is what makes them worth buying for a team. Nothing here was invented for a corporate brochure.

How it works
From first call to first cohort
- Step 1
A 20-minute call
Who needs training, what goes wrong today, and what you want different. No slides.
- Step 2
We assess your team
A short spoken assessment places each person at the right level. You get the summary — often the first time anyone has measured this.
- Step 3
Cohorts start
Groups of about 15, live, at times that fit your shifts. Every participant speaks in every session.
- Step 4
You get weekly reports
Attendance, participation and fluency progress, with a before-and-after assessment closing each cohort.
What you get
Everything in the programme
No content library nobody opens. Live teaching, measured, with a person accountable for it.
- Spoken assessment and level placement for every participant
- Live daily sessions with a dedicated trainer, never recordings
- Cohorts of about 15 — small enough that everyone speaks each session
- Material built for workplace English, not textbook grammar
- Weekly attendance and progress reporting to you
- Before-and-after assessment showing what changed
- Completion certificate for each participant
- A named contact at Skill Ninja for the whole programme

How the programme is run and measured

Cohort-based, not self-paced
Teams train together in fixed live batches of about 15 — the same size as our public batches, chosen so speaking time per person stays high. Completion rates on live cohorts are not comparable to self-serve platforms.
Assessed at both ends
A spoken assessment places each participant at entry and repeats at exit, so the change is evidenced rather than asserted — useful when the spend has to be justified.
Weekly reporting
Attendance, participation and fluency milestones by name each week, run on Skinja — our own scheduling and progress platform, the same one managing 70 batches a day.
Four years, 21,000 learners and a 50-woman trainer bench sit behind every corporate cohort. This is not a new line of business built on an untested method — it is the method, delivered to your team.
Before you ask
The questions we get every time
What does it cost?
It depends on team size, how many hours a week, and how long the programme runs — so a number here would be wrong for most people. Tell us your team size on the form and you'll get a real quote after one short call, not a brochure.
How many people are in a cohort?
About 15 — the same size as our regular batches, and deliberately so. It's small enough that every person speaks in every session, which is the whole method. A team of 30 runs as two cohorts, usually at different times so you're never short-staffed.
What if our team is smaller than that?
Then we'll usually suggest enrolling them into our existing batches rather than running a half-empty cohort — they get the same trainers and the same course, and it works out better for you. We'll tell you that rather than sell you something bigger.
Do people have to leave work to attend?
No. Sessions are one hour, live and online, scheduled around your shifts — early morning, between shifts, or after close. Our trainers already teach from 7am to 9pm for exactly this reason.
What if staff don't turn up?
You'll know quickly — attendance is in the weekly report, by name. In practice attendance is high because people can see themselves improving, but you won't be guessing about it.
Online or at our office?
Online, and deliberately. It means staff across branches join the same cohort, nobody loses commute time, and a session survives someone being out on site.
How soon can a cohort start?
Usually within two weeks of the assessment, and faster if your timings are flexible.
Talk to our team
Tell us about your team
Team size and the outcome you need is enough to start. You’ll get a structured proposal, not a brochure.
What happens after you send this
- 1. We reply within one working day — a person, not an autoresponder.
- 2. A 20-minute call to understand what goes wrong today.
- 3. A written proposal with structure, timings and cost.
No obligation at any step, and we’ll tell you if we aren’t the right fit.

Start with a call. If a cohort isn’t right for you, we’ll say so.
