Most of these come up in the first WhatsApp message. Here are the straight answers, before you have to ask.
Are the classes really live, or recorded videos?
Live, every one of them. You join a small batch on a video call with a real trainer, five days a week. You speak in every class — that is the whole method. Recordings exist only as backup if you miss a day.
My English is zero. Can I still join?
Yes — that is exactly who New Me's Level 1 is built for. It is one 4-month course with three starting levels, and your free demo places you at the right one — so you are never in a batch where others are far ahead of you.
What happens in the free demo?
A one-hour live class at 12:30, 3:30 or 5:30 IST. You watch how a real batch runs, the trainer speaks with you for a few minutes to find your level, and you get a course recommendation. No payment details, no pressure.
Are all trainers really women?
Yes, all 50. Many started as our students. Most of our students are speaking English aloud for the first time in their lives, and an all-women space is what makes that feel safe.
What are the class timings?
Batches run through the day — morning, afternoon and evening — so homemakers, students and working women can all find a slot. Your counsellor shares the current timetable on WhatsApp after your demo.
How much does a course cost?
Fees depend on the course and level, and we would rather tell you after the demo has placed you correctly than quote you the wrong course. Ask us on WhatsApp — you will get a straight answer, not a sales script.
Can I get a refund if I change my mind?
Course fees are not refundable once paid, which is exactly why the demo class is free. Sit in a real batch first, meet the trainer, ask us everything — and only pay when you're sure. If your timing or batch stops working later, tell us and we'll try to move you.
Do I need a laptop?
No. Every class works on an ordinary smartphone with WhatsApp and a video-call app. Most of our 21,000 students learned entirely on their phones.
What is Ninja Didi (coming soon)?
A WhatsApp practice partner we are building. Didi will send you daily speaking tasks and correct your replies, so you practise between classes — or before you are ready to join one. She launches soon at ₹249 for 3 months; message us and we will tell you the day she is ready.
Will I get a certificate?
Yes, you receive a completion certificate at the end of your course. But the real proof is the conversation you could not have three months earlier — that is what your family will notice.
