Skill Ninja Kids · Ages 8–16
You found your voice here. Now your daughter can.
Start with a free 15-minute conversation. Your child talks — about school, friends, whatever she thinks — and you get a report on how she communicates, thinks and carries herself. No test, no marks, nothing to prepare. In Hindi or English.
We talk to you first. Your child only speaks to us once you’re happy with what it involves.
Why mothers asked us for this
This wasn’t our idea. It came from women studying here who said the same thing enough times that we listened: “I wish my daughter had this at her age.”
What actually happens
Four steps, and you can stop at any of them
- Step 1
You message us
Tell us your child's age. We'll talk to you first — what you're hoping for, what worries you, whether this is even the right thing.
- Step 2
Your child has a 15-minute talk
A friendly conversation about school, friends, what she thinks. No preparation, no marks, nothing to revise. In Hindi or English.
- Step 3
You get a report, and a call
Six areas, with things your child actually said as the evidence — what's already strong, three things to work on, and what you can do at home.
- Step 4
You decide, or you don't
If a programme makes sense we'll say so, and if it doesn't we'll say that too. The assessment is free either way and there's nothing to cancel.
What you'll learn
Six things you can’t easily see from home
Each one comes back with something your child actually said as the evidence — not a score, and not our opinion of her.
Communication
Can she explain something so you actually follow it — or does it come out in fragments?
Listening & interaction
Does she listen to the answer, or wait for her turn to talk?
Confidence & presentation
What happens when she has to speak in front of people she doesn't know.
Independent thinking
Given a problem, does she have a go — or wait to be told the answer?
Social reasoning
How she reads a situation: a friend behaving badly, a group that isn't pulling together.
Digital & future skills
Whether she can tell a real video from a fake one, and use a phone for more than watching.
Before you worry about it
This is not a test, and it is not a diagnosis
- No score, no pass or fail, no ranking against other children.
- Not a medical, psychological, intelligence or learning-disability assessment. It never will be.
- It describes one conversation on one day — when she may have been tired, shy or distracted.
- Your child can stop whenever she likes, and nothing is shared beyond our team.
We put that on every page of the report too. A child is not a snapshot, and we would rather say so twice than have you read something into it that isn’t there.
Who it's for
Three ages, three different jobs
8–9
Explorers
Still finding words for what they think. We work on saying it out loud, in front of someone, without freezing.
10–12
Rising Stars
Old enough to have opinions, not yet practised at defending them. Group work, disagreeing politely, explaining an idea so it lands.
13–16
Future Leaders
Board exams, interviews and first impressions are close. Presenting, thinking independently, and holding a room.
If you decide to carry on
Future Ready, taught the way we teach everything
Live and online, several sessions a week, with the same trainers who teach here — over 50 women, many of whom have taught children for years. If you have studied with us, you already know how they teach.
Some children do better one-to-one. Others need a small pod of about five, because half of what they’re practising only happens with other children in the room — disagreeing, taking turns, being talked over and finding a way back in. We’ll tell you which we think fits, and why.
How you’ll know it’s working
- The same six-area snapshot is repeated as she goes, so you can see what actually moved.
- You're invited into a session regularly — you watch it yourself rather than take our word for it.
Questions mothers ask
The things you’re actually wondering
Is this a test? Will my child be scored?
No. There is no score, no pass or fail, and nothing to prepare for. It is a conversation, and the report describes what happened in it — not what your child is capable of.
Is it an IQ or a psychological assessment?
No, and we say so on every page of the report. It is not medical, psychological, or a learning-disability assessment. It describes one 15-minute conversation, on one day, when your child may have been tired or shy. It is a starting point for a conversation with you, nothing more.
My child is shy and will barely speak. Is it worth it?
Often those are the most useful ones. A child who answers in three words tells us something a confident child doesn't — and that is usually exactly why her mother got in touch.
Does my child need good English?
No. The conversation can happen in Hindi. We are looking at how she thinks and expresses herself, not at her vocabulary.
Who teaches the programme?
The same trainers who teach here — over 50 women, many of whom started as students in these batches, and many who have taught children for years. If you have studied with us, you already know how they teach.
How is it taught, and how often?
Live and online, like everything else we run. Either one-to-one or in a small pod of about five children of a similar age, several sessions a week. Which one suits your child is part of what the call is for.
How will I know it is working?
Two ways, both deliberate. The same six-area snapshot is repeated as she goes, so you can see what moved. And you are invited into a session regularly — you watch what happens rather than take our word for it.
What does it cost?
It depends on whether it is one-to-one or a pod, and how often. We will give you a straight number on the call rather than a range here that turns out to be wrong for you. The assessment itself is free and stays free.
Start with the conversation. Decide everything else later.
Message us with your child’s age. We’ll talk to you first, and if this isn’t right for her we’ll say so.
