These terms apply to skillninja.in and to Skill Ninja Academy courses, operated by Chhavi Trading Pvt. Ltd.. By using this website or enrolling, you accept them.

Your place in a batch

Enrolling gives you a seat in live online batches for the length of that course. Class links are personal to you and shouldn’t be shared. Fees, timings and trainer allocation are confirmed on WhatsApp when you enrol.

Missed classes can be covered through recordings or by arrangement with your trainer, but they don’t extend the course. We may change a trainer or batch timing where we have to; we will tell you first.

Fees and refunds

Course fees are payable before classes begin and are not refundable once paid. The free demo class exists so you can judge the course before paying — please use it. Full details are in our refund policy.

In class, and course material

Our classrooms are for women learning together, many of them speaking English aloud for the first time. Behaviour that makes a batch feel unsafe or unwelcoming may end your enrolment without refund.

Course materials, recordings and worksheets are for your personal learning. They may not be recorded, redistributed, resold or used to teach elsewhere.

Sessions may be recorded for quality and for students who missed a class. Tell your trainer if you would prefer not to appear on camera.

This website

Content, design and branding on this site belong to us. Course outlines and timings may change. We aim to keep the site accurate and available but do not guarantee it will be free of errors or uninterrupted.

Jobs and enquiries

Submitting a business enquiry or answering the questions on a job page does not create any obligation on either side. What we do with that information is covered in our privacy policy.

Changes, and where disputes go

We may update these terms; the date above shows when they last changed. They are governed by the laws of India, and disputes fall to the courts of Zirakpur, Punjab.
