Course fees are not refundable once paid. Please read this before you enrol, and please use the free demo class first.

Try before you pay

Every course starts with a free demo class. You sit in a real live batch, meet a trainer, and get placed at the right level — all before any money changes hands. This is deliberate: it is how we make sure nobody pays for a course that isn’t right for them.

Ask us anything you like before enrolling — timings, fees, level, trainer, how the classes run. We would much rather answer ten questions than take a fee from someone who isn’t sure.

Once you have paid

All course purchases are final. We do not offer refunds or cancellations once a course has been purchased.

If something goes wrong — you cannot attend your batch timing, a trainer isn’t the right fit, you need to pause for a family reason — talk to us. We will do what we reasonably can to move your batch or timing so that you get the course you paid for.

Ninja Didi

Ninja Didi hasn’t launched yet. When it does, it will start with a free trial so you can see what it is before paying, and the terms will be published here.

Changes to this policy

Skill Ninja Academy may update this policy. Changes are communicated to students through our official channels.
