Privacy policy

Skill Ninja Academy (“we”, “us”), operated by Chhavi Trading Pvt. Ltd., runs this website. This page explains what we collect and why, in plain language.

What we collect

When you message us on WhatsApp. Your name, phone number and whatever you write to us. Our buttons add a short tag such as [SN:home-hero] to the message so we know which page you came from — it identifies the page, not you.

When you enrol. Your contact details, the course and batch you join, attendance and payment records.

When you fill the business enquiry form. Your name, work email, organisation, team size and any message — used only to answer that enquiry.

When you answer the questions on a job page. Your name, email, phone and your written answers. Your answers are sent to an AI service (OpenRouter) which writes a short summary for the person reviewing applications. No decision about your application is made by AI — a person reads your answers and decides. Answering is optional; you can email your CV instead.

When you simply browse. Standard technical information, plus events recorded by the Meta (Facebook) Pixel: pages viewed and WhatsApp buttons clicked.

Who else sees it

We do not sell your information. We share it only with services that help us run: Meta, for advertising measurement, which may involve sharing a hashed version of your contact details; Supabase, where the website’s content and form submissions are stored; OpenRouter, for the optional job questions described above; and our hosting and email providers.

Cookies

This site sets no advertising cookies of its own and has no login for students. If you arrive from a Facebook or Instagram ad we store the click identifier from that link for up to 28 days so the enquiry can be matched to the ad. The Meta Pixel may set its own cookies; you can block these in your browser settings.

How long we keep it

Student records are kept while you are with us and afterwards where we are required to. Business enquiries and job applications are kept for up to two years unless you ask us to delete them sooner.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you. Write to hello@skillninja.in or message +91 82880 03319 on WhatsApp. We reply within seven days.

Children

Our courses are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has given us their details, tell us and we will delete it.
