Open role
Corporate Partnerships Manager
Build our corporate English training vertical

- Type
- Full-time
- Where
- Work from home
- Experience
- 3–6 years in B2B sales
Female candidates preferred
We have taught spoken English to 21,000 women since 2022. Companies keep asking us to do the same for their teams — frontline staff who deal with customers, back-office teams who write to clients, managers who present to leadership.
That corporate side is real but unbuilt. This role owns it: you find the companies, you open the conversations, and you close the programs. You are the first person in this seat, so you shape how it works rather than inheriting someone else's playbook.
The work
What you’ll actually do
- Planned outreach to companies with frontline or customer-facing teams
- Build relationships with HR and L&D decision-makers
- Run discovery calls, understand the training gap, and scope the program with our teaching team
- Write and present proposals; negotiate and close
- Stay with the account after the sale — renewals come from cohorts that went well
- Report honestly on pipeline so we can plan trainer capacity
You
What we need you to bring
- 3–6 years selling B2B services, ideally to HR, L&D or operations buyers
- You can hold your own in English with a corporate buyer, on a call and in writing
- Comfortable with planned outreach — this is a build-the-pipeline role, not an inbound-only one
- Organised enough to run your own CRM discipline without being chased
- Based in India, able to work full-time from home with a reliable connection
Bonus
Helps, but not required
- Sold training, edtech, staffing or another services product
- An existing network among HR and L&D people
Us
What you get
- Fixed salary plus performance incentives — discussed openly in the first call
- Work from home, full-time
- A product that already works, with 21,000 learners and four years behind it
- The first seat in a new vertical, and the scope that comes with it
